I have been active in the maritime world for over 35 years, delivering maritime expertise and support in the areas of production-, project management and senior management.<\/p>\n

I am happily married and have two children.<\/p>\n

I am a highly driven achiever whose work is also my greatest hobby and passion.<\/h4>\n

Leading a team or project team, ensuring that every member both feels valued and heard, and understands what his or her job is and is able to take on their decision-making responsibilities accordingly \u2013 this is what truly motivates me. That also includes reporting issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

I enjoy working across the globe and can become hugely energized from dealing with different cultures. As a result, I am flexible and adapt easily to every situation.<\/p>\n

Achieving innovation within a company and project is one of the most inspiring parts of my job. After all, you are never too old to learn. The same applies to change management.<\/p>\n
